
The Lutheran Society for Missiology (LSFM) serves as an international Lutheran forum for the exchange of ideas and discussion of issues related to the global proclamation the Gospel of Jesus Christ so that there will be an increase in participation in God’s Mission. The Society was born on October 25, 1991, out of a concern to promote Biblical attitudes for missions. The Society provides a forum for missiological research and critical reflection from a Lutheran perspective It publishes books and articles, especially case studies, which treat issues related to the study and practice of mission work. The Society promotes cutting-edge approaches to mission efforts through publications, recognition and awards.
